FAQs

  • What time should I arrive?

    Check in for Lifepointe Kids opens at 9:45am. Prior to that our teachers meet to pray over the morning and set up their classrooms and will be ready to welcome your kids at 9:45am.


    Let us know you’re coming and we’ll be on the lookout for you.

  • Where do I go to check my kids in?

    The Lodge, the building next to our main building. (It looks like a house.)


    Children Birth - Kindergarten can get checked in and head straight to their classrooms in The Lodge. Children in 1st - 5th grades, after getting checked in, join us for the beginning of our worship service each week and are dismissed to their classes just before the sermon begins.


    On 1st and 5th Sundays throughout the year 1st-5th graders remain in the worship service.

  • How will I be notified if I am needed while my child is checked in?

    Our children's minister or classroom volunteers will text you or come find you in the sanctuary if you are needed.

  • Which children are dismissed from the service?

    1st - 5th graders are dismissed from the worship service (typically after the singing). Children kindergarten and younger go directly to their kid's classes after check-in where they can be picked up after the worship service.

  • What happens during Lifepointe Kids?

    Kids have a great time singing, playing games, doing crafts and learning about JESUS and how to be kind, giving, obedient and loving. Your kids will be loved and cared for by our amazing Lifepointe Kids team who look forward to connecting with your kids each week!

  • What are the kids learning?

    We aim to proclaim the truth from Scripture every week in an age appropriate and engaging way, working our way through the entire Bible. Lifepointe Kids will work on Bible skills, memorizing Bible verses, discuss what they are learning, and participate in fun activities and crafts that reinforce the lesson.

  • Is there a nursing mother's room?

    Yes. We have a room available in The Lodge for mothers to utilize for nursing. Our check in team can direct you to the room location.

  • What safety measures are in place?

    All Lifepointe Kids workers have completed background checks and clearances and always work in teams of two or more when supervising the kids. We utilize our check-in system to provide each family with registration stickers that are required to match for pick-up after the worship service.

  • Do you have child care for kids with special needs?

    We love to serve families with special needs! As a small church we are working to grow in this area. If your child needs individualized care please contact us in advance so, if we can, we can work together to set up care your child needs.
