Chronological Redemptive Story of God - Part 5 - November 1

Part 5 of this 5-part series will be this Sunday evening November 1 from 6-8pm. In this session we will finish our chronological journey through the Bible looking at Acts and The Letters. Come join us as we wrap up this great series!

Lifepointe University - November 4

Was Genesis written too late to get the details right?

Some say it was written a thousand years after Abraham lived. If so, the writers should have gotten the details wrong. Did they?

Join us for In the Footsteps of Abraham, our next Lifepointe University session, led by Darrell Testerman. We’ll watch Dr. Stephen Meyer examine ancient clay tablets, old laws, the price of slaves, and even people’s names, and see what they reveal about Abraham’s world.

📅 Wednesday, November 4 at 7pm

Operation Christmas Child Boxes

Operation Christmas Child Shoeboxes are a way to impact children and families around the world! When you lovingly place gifts in the shoebox and pray for the recipient, it is just the beginning! Those boxes are delivered to children along with the greatest gift-the message of the gospel!

More information about this ministry, as well as shoeboxes to fill, will be available at the table in the back of the sanctuary beginning on Nov. 1st. All boxes must be returned to Lifepointe by Nov. 15th.

Thanksgiving Potluck - November 22nd
We are continuing a new tradition we started last year and we hope you’ll come join us. Sunday morning November 22nd we will combine our morning service with a Thanksgiving Potluck lunch. We’ll gather at our normal 10:00am service time for a shortened service centered on thankfulness. And then we’ll share a thanksgiving meal together around 11:00am. Here is a Sign-Up Genius to sign up to bring food and/or to serve food in the serving line.

We'd love to connect. In This Edition of Lifepointe Latest: Lifepointe University - Islam Prayer Pathway Lifepointe University - Islam - October 14 What do Muslims believe, and how did Islam begin? Wednesday night October 14 at 7pm join us as we explore the history, beliefs, and practices of Islam—and consider how Christians can thoughtfully and graciously share the good news of Jesus Christ with our Muslim neighbors. This will be an opportunity to grow in understanding, strengthen our confidence in the Gospel, and learn how to engage Muslims with truth, love, and respect. Prayer Pathway - October 19-22 What would it feel like to watch your sin go through a shredder? At The Sorry Bin, you can write down the sin you've been carrying, feed it into the shredder, and thank Jesus that it's forgiven and gone. It's one of several stations at our annual Prayer Pathway, October 19–22, including the Family Tree, where we’ll hang the names of loved ones who don't yet know Jesus and pray for them together. No need to sign up. Just come as you are and cry out to God.
